My account is locked out. I tried activating my SIM card over 10 days ago, and ran into a problem, and received an error message. My credit card was charged but I have no access to my account. I need help from a moderator to sort this out. I sent a private message to a moderator 10 days ago, and a second message a couple days ago - But I have had no response.
Really would like to resolve this soon. I need help from a moderator to get access to my account, so I can port my phone number. I also would like to have the start date on the service adjusted because I have not been able to port my number

Did you try the sim in your phone? Do you get service?
Sometimes even if you get error and get charged, sim activates fine and sometimes it partially activates. in that case you will have to wait for their reply.
