I upgraded my plan a few months ago from the $25/ month to a $40/month plan however under "my account" it's showing as still being under the 25/month plan... I'm still being charged the 40 per month. Anyone know why?

Log in to your account using incognito mode.

Scroll to the bottom of your plan usage, you should see a little refresh button. Hit that and it should update for you 🙂

Click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode to try to update the info.
