I want to know if my bonus in my present subscription will remain if I change my subscription to the 5G one

are you referring to the More Is Merrier Holiday gifts we rec'd the last few Christmas seasons ? If so...they will stay on your account until you use 'em up..even if that takes several months or more.
Are those the bonus's you're asking about ?

You can freely change plan and it wont' affect your current rewards, also confirmed by Community Manager here:

Changing your plan won’t automatically transfer you to our new Public Points rewards program. If you’re currently on our legacy rewards program, you will continue to stay on it. However, we encourage you to explore Public Points, as it opens up even more opportunities for savings.

But if you have any "activation bonus", like 2GB for xx months, those likely we be gone
Some data bonus (like those PM gvae out in Decembers) or paid data addon might not work in 5G anymore and will become "Incompatible addons". they cannot be used as 5G plans are "unlimited data plan" with overage capped at 512Kbps.
but if you ever change back to 4G or 3G plans, they will become "Compatible" addons again
