So I noticed I no longer get the text message reminding me of my upcoming bill nor do i get my bill renewal confirmation messages either.. I used to always get a text after my Payment went through telling me it was successful, however not anymore which is inconvenient because that was useful.
However, I'm now wondering if I would get the same sort of thing via email instead of text message, like a monthly reminder a day or two before and than the bill a few days after on the renewal date.
I got this receipt on day of sign up, but can't seem to find any from the months after that. Should I not also be getting a monthly receipt to my email for every cycle that goes through?

@Priority , I haven’t received text reminders from PM in several months. I always set bill reminders on my iPhone’s calendar app to remind me of all my bill’s payments due dates a week in advance & again 3 days prior with pop up messages & sounds notifications. Otherwise I will forget! 😞
I wish they would send payment confirmation receipt to my email like all my other bills do.

Download Receipt is now an option in Payment History page, as long as it is an actual debit from credit card (i.e, not money taken from Available fund only)

you can ask the CSA to develop a receipt for you for a past period of time...just not certain if they'll do so on a monthly basis without you asking.

So those Monthly invoice emails have been discontinued?
I know some people who used those for 'Proof of Purchase', and as a business write off..
Sure it's their responsibility to pay, but isn't is Public Mobiles responsibility to still provide a Receipt after payment has been made.. and now they aren't at all anymore?

PM ceased those reminders several months ago. It's customer responsibility to make sure he has $$ or credit card ready for next renewal.
