If you only just made the change now, perhaps the moderators can still retrieve it for you.

Click this Moderator_Team link to send a private message for assistance.  Include your current phone number and the phone number you just lost.

The mods may still run into the restriction that a number can only be changed once per month, however, so no guarantees.
