Purchased a subscription with an E-Sim, however my phone does not support that feature. Neither the app or on the website can help me change that mistake by myself.

If your phone is not compatible, then you have to purchase a card. You can do that in the app also or buy from a Telus/ Koodo store if they sell instore. Call first to verify. You can then submit a ticket to customer service and see if they will credit you for the esim. No guarantees as there are typically no refunds here. It is your duty to ensure that it would have been compatible first and shop accordingly.
