Accidentally bought US roaming instead of data

To whom it may concern,

 

I made the mistake of buying talking in the US believing it had data and was wondering if it was possible of getting a refund. I haven't and don't plan to use the US minutes. Please advise.

@aleeyow PM. is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund.  However   there are also very understand and will help in honest mistake like that.  Open a ticket with PM support and discuss with them the situation and see if they can exchange you for another addon or put it back as a credit on your account. 

 

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

You would need to address that to the support people. Click on the chatbot link down below and find your way to submit a ticket.

It's all roaming by the way. Roam talk, roam text, roam data.
