Accidentally added 3gb add-on, need to be reverted

@ CS_admin could you please help cancel 3gb $30+tax add-on in my account that was done accidentally and refund the paid amount?

@hlpnghnd - no one who has posted in this thread are CS_Agents or public mobile employees. Community forum Get Support section is where members and customers post to help one another.

Two other members already provided you a method to connect with public mobile. Here are other ways:

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR

2-go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support .

@hlpnghnd  PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund

However, if it was an honest mistake, they will likely help to reverse the transaction.  Please message them here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
