Hi.
Can anyone tell me how one/if one can access voice mail in the US and Mexico? The Public mobile site says you have to purchase roaming add on for the US but doesn't give any details, and the fine print doesn't mention if you can access from Mexico, although the advertising seems to suggest that you can and there is no mention of additional charges. Can any one educate me about how to add on for the US and what the cost is, and how to add on for Mexico, and what if any cost there is?
Many thanks.

Thanks. That seems unnecessarily complicated but is helpful information.

I have you read your other post. You have the $29 Can-US-Mex plan. You can access your voicemail while in Canada, the US or Mexico. Just press "1" on your dial pad. You can also make unlimited calls from any of the three countries. Because it is all included, you do not need to pay for an add-on for roaming.

HI @Alice777
technically, you can access voicemail only if you have the roaming addon or roaming plan. Do you have the Canada/US/Mexico plan?
a workaround is to use VoIP app to call yourself to access voicemail. Download VoIP app TextNow. It will give you another 10 digits phone number. Use the app to call youself and access Voicemail that way (when you hear your voice greeting, press * and your VM pin)
