I lost my phone and eversafe cannot send a 6 digit code to me because I no longer have the phone. I want to register a new sim and a different phone to my account but cannot access my account to do it. Eversafe does not provide an opportunity to request the code be sent by email. Please help!

You can click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and you have the option to have the 2FA code sent by email, call or text.

click "didn't receive code?" on the security code screen and choose email to receive the code
If the email choice is not there, then submit ticket with CS agent here for help

After a few failed login attempts with the code it should give you the option hit didn’t receive code and then receive it via email.
If this doesn’t work your best bet is to reach out to customer service to regain access.
