Access to my account number

I am trying to get access to my account number, But and locked out of my account and I don't have access to the email. can some body help me get access to my account or give me my account number

Are you asking for your account nubmer because you're planning to port your phone number out to another carier?  If so, the port out can still be performed using only the IMEI of your device instead of the Public Mobile account number.  You'll also want to ensure that autopay is disabled, but I believe that can be done through 611.
