I made a new account and trying to login again in that account with my registered mail its says login failed all the time. Is there is any other way to log in to my account. Kindly help.

@Rupali96 - if you activated in store, it is possible you have not registered for a self serve account yet.

@Rupali96 Have you try to reset the password using Forgot Password there? If that does not reset or still got you error, open a ticket with CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Rupali I know you just created the account but do you remember the correct email you registered with?
Use private mode or incognito tab if you still have this problem.
Contact Support agents if it doesnt work.

If it is a password issue you can clock on forgot password and answer security questions to get in. If it is more than that you will have to contact a CSA so they can resolve this issue for you
