I have already set up an account, and when I type the 19-digits number on SIM card, it shows it is not valid. I want you to solve this technical problem. Thank you so much!

each sim card is only good for the provider itself, hence, a Koodo sim card can only be used for Koodo. You Koodo sim card cannot be used for activating Public Mobile
you can buy a PM sim card from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klnik store for $10 or via Amazon ( https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/dp/B06X9ZGDWG ) for $4

I am using this SIM card right now but through different company which is Koodo.

is this a brand new PM sim card never used? Sim cards are one time activation only. If it was used before, it cannot be reused
but if you bought the sim card and it is supposed to be new, then you can either bring it back to the shop you got it (if you got it from a store), or open ticket with PM support and ask them to help if you got it via PM online
