EVERYBODY is losing $ rewards as of May 2024 as everybody is transitioning to points. If you upgrade your plan you will not use your current $ rewards but will enjoy them a month or two depending when your renewal date is.

As of May 2024, all members on the old Legacy Rewards will be switched over to the Points Reward so it doesn’t matter if you upgrade to a new plan.

The $5 will be converted to 3 points (less 2 point for AutoPay).

@Mays the message is about the monthly promotion data people have, you will still be on the current rewards system

However, PM has decided to change everyone on the old systems to the new Public Points on May.  Please check this Communication
