So I looked up the APN setting for iPhone in the Help section, it says that it should be:
SP.MB.com
The current setting on my phone is currently isp.mb.com.
I had had very little issues with cellular data until the last couple of days, a shutdown plus 5 min wait and restart did solve the issue, but I'm just wondering if I should change the APN setting to sp.mb.com ??

@chad2001 one more thing to check, make sure Carrier profile is updated
Go to Settings and then select More and Mobile Networks, now select Carrier Settings and then Update Profile,

If it works I wouldn't worry about. I have 3 different phones I use on pm and all have slight differences in their APN's.

My iPhone 8 Plus APN setting is isp.mb.com too. But I didn't have any issues.
You could try reset network setting.
