Hello,

I have switched my number xxxxxxxxxxxx from Roger to Public Mobile. But Roger informed me that my phone number still in their system and they charged me. I purchased Public mobile esim and downloaded app, subcribtion, confirmed to switched to Public mobile. 

Please help to check

@QUOCBAO  Did you not leave Roger’s SIM card in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ?  No worries  I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you
