Hello, I activated a sim card but the phone is not connecting, please help me!

I paid the monthly fee yesterday, but it's still not working today. I don't know why, please help me. thank you!

I chose a new number and it was charged, but the call could not be connected. Put in a cell phone card and the call still won't go through. I can receive emails from Public Mobile, but the phone cannot receive verification text messages from Public Mobile.

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then power back on. If

Did you port a number from another carrier? Or choose another new number?
What happens when you put the SIM card in the phone?
Did you get a welcome email from Public mobile? Was your credit card charged?

@Bella_Liu Tap the down arrow by time stamp in your post and edit out your personal info this is public forum and we are just customers like you trying to help . Have you rebooted the phone or tried to reset network settings ? If no luck still please submit ticket with support to help
