Unfortunately, replying to the member's message actually spreads the information further and makes it so that the OP cannot remove the information.  I have manually removed the phone number from each message in this thread.

no need to include all your account info...what is the nature of your concern ? Did you reply yes to the sms sent to you ? Are you using an esim or hard sim for Public Mobile ? A bit more info please.
