A unknown icon on my screen

Hello, I have a OnePlus Nord N200 5G cell phone. It was turned on with T-Mobile, but I have a different phone now. I have a computer monitor icon on my screen, and when I click it, it does nothing except get in the way. 

It seems to follow my screen touches, and when it's on top of whatever I'm typing or clicking on, the link won't work. I accidentally turned this same icon on a while back and was able to turn it off, but I'm an old man and can't find it again. 

It's driving me out of my mind because it constantly gets in the way and I constantly have to move it. Please help save my sanity. By the way, nice site you have here. I'm looking forward to being a member. Thanks in advance. winston3338

Thanks, Sheytoon, it was the members here who jumped in head first to help me. I still look at the screen and repeat, It's finally gone. After thinking about it, my laptop sleeps in my bed next to me, but I haven't turned it on in a couple months, so when I clicked the icon, nothing would happen. Everyone who helped was great, but Sansan nailed it.

Thanks to Susan too, she jumped right in. I also noticed computergeek541 corrected my label to phones. I had asked at different sites and never got an answer. I reopened my account with the community at T-Mobile, and they don't let you post for two weeks. I registered here, and two hours later my two year nightmare was solved. OMG, IT'S GONE, IT'S GONE!!! I had link to Windows 10 installed and that was it. I Googled phone link and Link to Windows popped up in the first page. You are all my heroes. I'm 70 and homebound from COPD or I would invite all of you to Las Vegas for a weekend. Thank you all so much

It's called a Phone Link. If you Google that, it might give you suggestions on how to remove or adjust.

It seems you linked your phone to your computer.  Probably not necessary,  so you can remove it. Good Olde Google will tell you how.

Thanks Sheytoon, I replied separately because I'm loving the screenshot suggestions. I wish all of you will stay young forever. I wanted to add something to all three of you (so far) I have Word downloaded on this phone and it looks oddly like an icon I've seen somewhere on Microsoft Word

@winston3338  since you are able to post a message here, do you know how to take a screenshot or a picture of what you are referring to and list it here? You can crop out any personal information. 

Seems like this has nothing to do with Public Mobile itself. 

Can you make your screen bigger? Smaller? That could potentially fix it.

You can also ask Google to try and figure it out.
