My daughter received a text stating she had used 95% of her data. I checked her usage and she currently has 65% of her data left. The plan just rolled over April 13th and she received the notice April 15. Does anyone know what is happening here and how to fix it?

Happened to me too. I have 60gb of data and at most used 15gb. I've submitted a ticket to see why

I have been receiving this '95% data used up' even when only around 15% is actually used! Have been ignoring it. But gets annoying, hope this is corrected.

In the past there have been situations of the counter not being reset after renewal or of erroneosus data usage notifications being sent out by text message. The self serve account shows 65% of the amount remaning? If so, ignore the text message.
