Hi there, 

 

I started an account July 13th (90 day plan)

Pick & Pay
 This plan includes: 
  • - 3 Choices
  • - 3GB at 4G LTE Speed
  • - Unlimited International Text
  • - Unlimited Provincial Talk

 I was charged $150 on my CC on July 14th and I have a confirmation number, can someone tell me why my account was suspended today?? I need my cell phone.

This is an issue affecting multiple customers, myself included. 
The best way to deal with it now is to contact @Moderator_Team with your:

  • Account number
  • Phone number
  • Email

If you are in a desperate situation like I am, you can make a manual payment to get your service back and hope that Public Mobile will be able to reimburse/give credit, since this is an error on their end and we have no choice but to comply with their system faults if we need the service.
