Why can't I connect when I dial 800 numbers. All it ever says is number cannot connect as dialed

This seems to be an issues with member who just returned back to Canada.
Contact a CS-Agent to help you fix the issue.

this is a PM calling glitch, it happens sometimes, and you will need to ask PM support agent to refresh your account to clear it
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
