Not able to call all Toll Free Numbers from my phone

I recently not able to call all Toll Free numbers: Netflix, Westjest and Mastercard Prepaid Centre.  I reset the phone and it isn’t working.  Please help!  Thanks,

This is still a problem - I was in the US a few weeks ago, and toll free numbers are now broken for me. I've pinged support, but anyone hear of a permanent fix?

sim card type is not the reason, it is the system.

you have worked with agent before to resolve the toll free issue? open another ticket and ask them to fix and why it keeps happening

What is the permenant solution for this. I have had this happen 3 times this year already and while a backend reset helps, it doesnt stop it happening once again a short time later. Something is a miss and needs to be corrected? Could using an e-sim help instead of a physical sim card?

The inability to make toll free calls has been affecting some Public Mobile cutomers, often after recently using some roaming services.  Please open a ticket through the chatbot to and a Public Mobile customer support agent can fix this for you.
