Hi all!
I'm about to switch from Fizz to PM, just waiting on the SIM card. I'm VERY worried about the account number problems that people have had. I searched all the forums here, and the internet in general, and there seems to be no consensus. I've seen "put four zeros in FRONT of the 8 digit number", "after it", and "Just input eight digits with no prefix or suffix". All seem to have mixed results.
Does ANYBODY know the official PM method that is guaranteed to work?

Hi again. I messages a CSA, but I don't know if they see their messages right away, or have other obligations. I activated, got the text from Fizz, answered "yes", and they said all is ok. Then I got a text from PM, saying We're having trouble.....you entered an incorrect account number (00005XXXXXXXX is what I entered). THEN i got an email from PM (in french), saying my subscription is now active. But so far, I can only send texts and calls, not receive. Do I still need to wait? I know it takes time sometimes, I'm just asking because I'm getting conflicting notices. Thanks!!! PS, I can't log in to PM in a ny new windows on my PC, because of 2 factor authorization (text)

if 12 digits is required, not less, please add enough 0 to the front of the Fizz account number
if you don't receive any text from Fizz for the Porting Authorization after 4 hours, you can contact porting support team to confirm . I will send you the phone number via private message in the Community
