Hello, i swtiched to a new 40G 34$ talk and text and data plan and the cycle renewed today and whenever we call outgoing it says "7B1 your phone isnot activated on the network please call client care for more information.
It can receive calls.
I have turned off the phone multiples times and also tried turning off cellular and back on and it didnt help.

It seems to have resolved itself after a few hours.

HI @DPresto Yes, there have been different issues after plan change. Please reboot the phone once and try again

have you tried a network reset ?
ed...also try removing the sim...then re-install sim (if it's a hard sim...if it's an esim you can't remove of course)
