Trying to resolve the 6UT1 "number you are trying to reach is not in service" error message when trying to make outgoing calls. I've tried all the suggested fixes with no luck. I've had the issue for some time but am just now getting around to try to fix it.

you tried reboot the phone?
tried to add 1 in front of the 10 digits number?
if you have another phone around, try the PM sim card there, it can force a sim reprovision and can resolve the issue
