I have activated my account and Telus cut off service. I inserted the new activated sim to my unlocked phone but when someone calls it says 6UC2 - number not in service, and wont let me make outgoing calls either. What am I missing?

Yes I asked for the number to be transferred and have restarted my phone a few times.

Did you ask for the number to be transfered from Telus Mobility? This sounds to be a provisioning issue, but first try restarting your device. If that doesn't do anything, please open a ticket by going to: https://pubolicmobile.ca/chatbot
You could also try calling ****** to see if something unexpected happened because of the number porting.
