6GB offer.. anytime unlimited canada wide?? Read the conditions..

I thought i was going to change over to koodo and then i came across this when i clicked on "see offer details" link under the $40 for 6GB offer... and it reads this...

"Unlimited local calling from 5pm to 8am, Monday through Thursday, and 5pm Friday to 8am Monday. For Canada-wide plan, unlimited Canada-wide calling from 5pm to 8am, Monday through Thursday, and 5pm Friday to 8am Monday.

If its not anytime and unlimited.. im not switching.

Yes, it is unlimited and it is unlimited Canada-wide calling any hour of the day.

The condition that you are looking at does not apply to this plan.  There is a number 3 beside any plans that do not have unlimited daytime/"anytime" minutes.  That condition only applies to those plans.

In some of the webpages on this plan, there is even reference to eligibility for certain provinces as well.  It is important to match the footnote number to the particular clause.

This point has been discussed several times. They are generic terms. Each of those conditions should have a number infront of it. Which means it only applies if the offer has that number as a condition

It's misleading in that those details are NOT for the promo plan - Koodo has other plans where that's relevant but the promo is unlimited anytime without restrictions.
