I switched my landline # to my cell phone. But it sends a code to the landline which I cannot get. Therefore cannot confirm my identity. GRRRRRR.

@Zacharey you can ignore this code when transferring from a landline. Also note that unlike transferring a mobile number to another company which typically takes a few hours, transferring landline numbers can take 3 or more days to complete.
