Did the upgrade from 3G to the 5g 100gb package. Speed has gone from about 3 mbs to less than .5. My wife is in 3 g and still works ok so not likely the network. Help! I have my iPhone 13 set to 5g auto.

@publicsteve1 , 5G speed is a marketing term for the throttle limit for the plan. It has nothing to do with network connectivity. You should not experience a degradation in data performance. All plans have access to the 5G/4G/3G network connections. Something else must have happened to cause your performance degradation.

try Reset network settings first , then change your settings to 5G On to force 5G connection and test
if it works, then change it back to 5G On
But if not, then it could be some plan change problem (we saw that a lot lately), just submit a ticket with CS agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Try resetting your network settings on your phone.
