Invalid Account Number - Must Be 13 Numeric Digits

Trying to enter my old Virgin account number and saying it has to be 13 digits when it is only 9 from Virgin Mobile. I could put the IMEI but says it can be slower so I prefer not to. Can't find info anywhere!

Using IMEI isn't slower. There can just be more porting issues because of how the expected IMEI can change over time.  An account number for an account is constant.

try adding enough 0 to the front of the account number to fill it up

try to avoid using IMEI, it might work, but many experience issues when using IMEI instead of account number
