5g not working

Hey there! I have a Samsung a71. It's compatible with 5g, but it's only saying 2g/3g. How do I fix this? I've tried everything and it's absolutely horrible when trying to use the internet while on the phone, or even sending a text while on the phone. Help?

Also check that the 5g is working on other devices. You maybe in an area with less service

i tested A71 on PM before.  I don't remember if it works on 5G when I tested it , but it works on 4G or LTE for sure

go to your network mode on the Connection screen, change to 4G to LTE and test

if it does not work, try a Reset network Settings

Not sure what you've tried but have you tried resetting Network Settings?
