yes, A17 is on PM's VoLTE whitelist. With this new phone, the $5 surcharge will be removed
Please note that it usually can take as many as 30 days for the system to update with your new phone and drop the $5 surcharge
But if you still see the charge on your next payment, you can ask PM to manually update it and reverse the charge. Please open ticket using Public Mobile Expert Messaging using your Community/EverSafe account. Select Start a Chat to begin:
