@LinKinney iPhone 11 is not a 5G phone, only iPhone 12 and newer can do 5G. But you should still get good enough speeds on LTE with a 5G plan. I've got almost up to the 5G cap on LTE with my iPhone.

Is your phone 5G compatible? Older phone are not 5G compatible so what is the make and model of your phone so we can check for you.

@LinKinney In addition to what's already said, your phone has to be capable and you have to be where there is 5G coverage. I have a 5G capable phone but at home its always shows LTE, but I do get 5G when out and about. What speed does your phone actually say at the top?
