Newbie here...I am a new customer and I signed up back in January. There was a promotion to get second month free and and data top up. I don’t see either on my account???

Did you sign up for the Boxing Day or the New Year's version?
Boxing Day had BOTH online and in store activations as eligible; New Year's was only for online activations.
Here were the specifics of the New Year's Promo:

What kind of plan did you activate? plan of $25 or higher ?
Did you submit your email ahead, got the confirmation and use the same email for activation?
