Hi, how are you?

 

My plan includes 5G, however, today my data was done. I used just 3G. I would like to know how I can get my 2G extra. 

 

It usually doesn't happen. I can always use my 5G. 

 

Could you help me with that?

When is your renewal date? Some phones reset their data monitor automatically monthly for people who are on standard monthly plans that reset on the first of the month. Since you are on a 30 day cycle instead of monthly some your usage could have been "last month" (the start of your 30 day cycle).

Are you saying that you do not have the 2GB available to you?

If you are certain about this, check in with the moderators to see what the deal is.

This plan includes: -
- 5GB at 3G Speed
- Unlimited Canada-wide Talk
- Unlimited International Text

 

I have just used 3 GB ... I still have to use 2 GB for the original plan.

When you log into self service and look under My Data and Add-Ons is the data listed? If not it has been used up. Have you checked your Usage History for the data used?

For free holiday promos log into self service. Use the 2GB promo for now until you find out what happened to your missing data.
