Hi,
I have the 15$ plan, with 100 minutes and incoming calls free. If I run through the 100 minutes and I have already purchased the 500 Canada wide minutes, are incoming calls still free or will they count against the minutes?
Thanks!

@mischt In addition to what @dust2dust said about the old $15 plan that did not include unlimited incoming minutes, can you confirm if this is the plan you are on? Log into your self-serve portal and click on the "Plan Details" link. Mine says:
If yours does not say "Unlimited Incoming Minutes" then you can schedule a plan change to the current $15 plan that includes that.
With the current $15 plan, you will only consume your 100 minutes, plus minutes from the 500 minute add-on for outgoing calls. Incoming calls would not use any after that.
Edit: D'oh, re-reading OP, did clearly indicate their $15 plan is the one that includes unlimited incoming calls... So don't worry about using any minutes when the spammers and robodialers call. 🙂

There was a brief period of time a couple years ago when the $15 plan came out that it was 100 minutes total. The 500 minutes would then be needed. Then shortly afterwards it became unlimited incoming included in the plan. So then yes now the 500 minutes is for outgoing only.

So the "500 minutes" is for outgoing only and the incoming is still free?
