4G Data not working

My subscription just renewed and can't use data anymore but my plan should gimme 6gig , anyway someone can look into that , or anyone know what happening it's alway worked very well before.

@Sthavïus  Ulefone Armor 30 pro is not a phone on PM VoLTE whitelist.  Right now you are using 3G for voice.  But 3G will end in 2 years (and will end in 3 months in Manitoba), so, you will have voice trouble that is not fixable.   You need to consider changing phone, get a phone that is sold and designed for Canada and it will work on PM's VoLTE for voice

Yeah it's happened two times for me on two different phone one time in January and now.

Right now it's and Ulefone Armor 30 pro.

So far , tried 2/3/4/5 G nothing working but the phone and text work. 

Changed some APN setting nothing wasn't right just switch sp.mb.com to SP.MB.COM.

still nothing , they mentioned what to change but didn't mention the other stuff like the ip in those setting 74. Something and the port 80. 

I'm a bit lost here and honestly I've bought this phone cause he was compatible. I would really appreciate someone who knows what they are talking about cause , public mobile and the phone manufacturers aren't helping much for now.

@Sthavïus , if your plan just renewed and you are unable to use your data, I suspect the renewal did not complete properly.  Please check your online account to ensure that it is in active status.

reboot the phone and try Reset All networks

if that does not work, try changing the network mode to 3G and 5G and test

if same, ask PM support to help.   submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
