and yes, there is currently outage in Eastern Canada according to Telus outage site

It's happening on multiple accounts (old accounts) with multiple devices. 4 people in same household effected. We all have individual accounts. I think it's a service outage in our area likely

Yes, did not work. 4 people in my household with Public Mobile and 2nd person also has no cellular data working either. I'm using Android and they on an iPhone. It could be service outage in my area.

Have you tried rebooting your phone?  Maybe a network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi passwords)
