Hi Community,
I’m trying to help my brother regain access to his Public Mobile account. He’s currently locked out and unable to log in. I reached out to Public Mobile support through my own account, but they told me he needs to send them a direct message himself.
The problem is, we can’t find the unauthenticated link or page where someone who can’t log in can still send a direct message to a support agent. From what we understand, messaging support usually requires being logged in — which creates a frustrating loop for anyone who’s locked out.
Can anyone share the exact URL or method for sending a direct message to a Public Mobile CS_Agent without logging in?
I appreciate any help — the agent I spoke with didn’t provide a clear answer.

make sure your brother setup anther community account and send the message himself (you cannot send on behalf)
