Curious as to whether the 400 minutes international long distance calling option has changed?
New terms or new countries or?
While reviewing my payment history I noticed in details it now says:
Do_Not_Use_Int'l L.D. 400 minutes/ Appels intl. $15.00

@kav2001cwrote:@will13am as near as I can tell it is the normal add-on and this is first time I ever saw/heard any reference it maybe changing
@Korth well we have seen "do not use" codes in the past, usually for billing adjustments, this is the first time I ever saw/heard it being used on what I assume is an active add-on
Unless there is some substantial change in the 400 minutes add-ons
But then I need an Oracle or Mod to confirm/deny
@kav2001c, I don't have any special powers in this area. Admitedly, I haven't been into my account for quite a while. Not sure what surprises awaits.

Hey @kav2001c,
thanks for bringing this to our attention!
Please disregard the DO NOT USE - these are in fact internal codes but I can confirm that the add-on has not changed or expired 🙂
Cheers,
Mary

Mod is your best bet

Lol, @kav2001c, I guess you are being encouraged to not buy the add-on. Probably a targeted promotion.

The inclusion of "Do_Not_Use" does suggest it's an internal message (to the PM operators) to select a different item (which probably has the same name). Probably not meant to be seen by the customer, lol, congrats on reporting the first "bug" on PM's website refresh, haha.
Comparing PM's current version of the page with two older cached versions of the page shows only two details in the entire Terms of Service have been substantially changed (ignoring minor changes to wording, but bold italic text is entirely new):
"Province-Wide option includes outgoing calls you make anywhere in Canada to a number with an area code in the same province, and incoming calls you receive while you are in your home province. A Long Distance Talk Add-On is required to receive incoming calls while you are outside your home province."
"Add-Ons are available for use only with an active plan. Long distance Add-Ons require a monthly talk feature on the rate plan."
Not sure if this means PM actually changed the add-on itself, though, they could have just clarified terms a little better when they revamped the site.
