This is a great recommendation! It will cost them nothing if they put some short disclaimer on main Community page to warn people this is Public form not maintained by PM staff and Not to post personal info (account number, phone, names, etc.).

At the very least, they could put some of that fancy Telus AI technology to work and maybe implement a simple, basic forum filter which will mask text written in a phone number or an email address format.

When did you purchase the CPO phone. The last time I saw a $30 credit was on Black Friday promo. Haven’t seen any promo lately.
