Anyone knows if $40 plan with 75gb data is available for new customers or for existing customers too. It doesn’t say anything on the website that it is only for new customers but I don’t see the plan in my account. Also $50 plan in my account only say 100gb data and not unlimited data after that and also it doesn’t say Il get $2.50 points every month so does that mean it is also for new customers only ? It’s so confusing. Does anyone have correct answer for this. Il really appreciate it.

There are two of them, both are $40 plan
The 1st one is for new activations only and has 75GB of Data.
The 2nd one is for existing customers and has 60GB of Data.

@Justin_R All plans earn 5% in points, unless otherwise stated or if you're on the legacy rewards system (which is even better). They just don't do a good job of updating their website is all.

Yes I understand that part. But do you see the pic from my account. It doesn’t mention any points. So would it still be $2.50 points as it is for the $50 plan that is on website.

@Justin_R Yes you can change to that plan and keep your rewards the same . Just remember to change for next renewal and not right away or you lose money in your current cycle
here’s a screen shot for reference of changing in renewal
Change plan in 3 easy clicks
Once you find plan you want be sure to (change on renewal )So you don’t lose money on current cycle

@Justin_R Yes your rewards will remain there tied to your account not your plan

@Justin_R You get 5% in points, unless otherwise stated (e.g. sometimes there are promos for bonus points in the first X months). So yes, 5% of $50 would get you $2.50 in points.

Can you tell if Il be able to get $2.50/mnth points if I switch to $50 plan cuz it doesn’t say in my account like it says about other plans point system. So I don’t want to switch to $50 plan and not get the $2.50/mnth point. Thanks mate

@Justin_R The 75GB for $40 is only for new activations only . But for existing in your account plans page you should see 60GB for $40 or 100GB for $50

That one is for new customers only, unfortunately. It doesn't say that on the main page, but if you click on the plan it specifies new customers only on the next page. And like you said, it's not available to change to in the app. Too bad, as I have some friends and family that would be all over this plan.
