I messed up when I change my plan I need more then 5gb of data help?

@carmy82853 So you've already asked customer support and they won't switch you over without needing to pay again? Normally, if the renewal was today, they do make exceptions as a gesture of goodwill. You could submit another ticket and ask them to do it this one time as a gesture of goodwill, but only if today was your renewal date.
Otherwise, you'll have to wait if you're unable to pay for the change in plan immediately, but you can still schedule the plan change to take effect for the next renewal now to be on the safe side for the next cycle.
You could also purchase $15/1GB data add-on to tide you over until next renewal if you have enough to cover that amount?

Only reason I noticed was because I'm outta data lol I tried asking them to help me out but for them to change it it's gonna be another $40 and that wouldn't be a issue except I'm broke lol

@carmy82853 Did you already change to the wrong plan? Your choices are to schedule a plan change now for the correct $40 plan for next renewal if you can get by with 5GB data for the current cycle or, if not, submit a ticket and see if they will switch you to the plan you wanted.
