Hi, I paid for 4 g and my phone says still 3g What do I need to do to make sure it's 4g. The signal is terrible since that last month or so

speed test 93.97 ping 60ms I presume it's good

Which phone are you using? Where are you located?
You could try the SIM card in different working phone. That would help determine whether hardware issue versus Pm service problem.
You can test your speed via a few websites:
This will use up your data though.

And try to test it in different area as well, it could simply be a weak spot at a particular location

When did you switch over to 4G plans? It usually takes 2-3 days for the conversion to happen.
In your self service account, does your plan details show the 4G data?
A few basic troubleshooting advice:
Reboot phone
Network reset of phone.
Manually select LTE data on your phone (versus Auto).
