I recently changed provider frm public mobile to freedom mobile but my number did not transfer over when requested freedom mobile ended up giving new number when I requested my old number to transfer

Your PM account was active when you requested porting?? Did you ever got a text from PM for your approval to the port?

there's a few steps involved before port successful. Make sure your Public Mobile account is still active and in good standing. Leave Public Mobile sim in cell. Once you initiate port to Freedom, you must wait to get confirmation text from Public...you must reply YES within 90 mins. Once the Public sim quits working...install Freedom sim and you should be good.

How to request opt phone number transfer from public mobile to freedom mobile. Freedom mobile have new number cuZ my public mobile number never transfer over as I was told it did
