Hello,
I signed up on the $35 75 GIG CAN/US/MEX plan a few months back and now I noticed the $34 CAN Plan. I am intrigued that it is unlimited data (reduced speed) and while it is convenient to Roam in MEX/US for the week or two that I am in those locations per year, I have never seen Public offer an unlimited option. For those reading, what is your opinion between the two plans? Do unlimited data plans come along often?

@m1onpublic I have had an unlimited data plan for a while from when PM offered them before, maybe a year or so ago, although mine is a 90 day plan so I get 150GB of data up front for $102. I don't have any plans to travel any time soon so it's still my preference to keep it because it means I have a ton of data in case of emergencies (lengthy power outages for example). If you do travel I think I would stay with the Can-US-Mexico plan especially since there is no add-on for roaming in Mexico unless that has changed recently.

@m1onpublic @hairbag1 I am on the same plan as OP. I see the $34/60GB then unlimited reduced in my account (also have a $30/20GB 4G plan available). I agree with @hTideGnow , the extra 15GB per month for a dollar is a great deal especially when you factor in travelling add on. To use up your 60GB and then rely on reduced speed for at least the next 15GB? I think you/we are better off staying with the 75GB plan.

once you actually log in to your own account, you not likely gonna be able to donwngrade to cheaper plans.
edit...I'm kinda surprised that PM will permit downgrade to that plan as per @kb_mv .
I agree that for the extra $12 per year...it's worth it even if you occasionally go to Mx.

hi @m1onpublic
first, do you see the $34 plan on your own My Account, Change Subscription page? you can only change to it if the plan shows there. Existing customers do not see all the available plans
and personally , I like the Canada-US-Mex roaming plan more. $1 more but 15GB more. The unlimited reduced speed is good just in case, but not very useful with the speed. And if you go US or Mexico even just once it year, it worths the extra buck per month as a roaming US addon already $30
