$34 50gb Canada-US plan Availability Inquiry

The fine print for the new promotional $34 50gb Canada-US plan says it's for Quebec residents only and is intended for use in Quebec. I am an existing customer in Ontario and was able to switch to this plan on renewal, I just want confirmation whether this plan will work for me or not, because I don't understand why I was able to switch to it if it's stated as Quebec only.

@Lemon2023   Contact customer service, they will sort it out for you.

I am new with Public Mobile.  I followed the app instruction to activate my physical SIM card.  After I keyed in all the required information and hit continue.  It said that Unsuccessful 😞

@Lemon2023   It isn't just for Quebec.  If you're  having problems activating the sim card you can contact customer service, try the chatbot first, the message symbol bottom right.  If that doesn't hellp then send a private message to agents here

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages.

But first are you using the Public Mobile app?   It is required for activation.  What heppens why you try to activate?

Oh no!  I bought the $34 50 gb Canada-US plan and didn't recognize it is for use in Quebec.  I am new with Public Mobile and is living in Vancouver.  What can I do now?  Today, I receive the SIM card by mail but I can't activate the SIM card.  Does it because of the plan?  Can I get the refund?

The 75 gb plan that's shown, I can't seem to find it when I try to change my sub.  Is it still available?

@aceyed   It's not Quebec only, the small print in plan details has small numbers or symbols such as ++ that have to be matched with the items in the plan.  If there isn't a corresponding number/symbol in the plan then it doesn't apply.  I know it's confusing but a lot of companies do the small print this way.

@aceyed

the most recent $34 US / Canada plan makes no mention of a Qubec only option.
