@EchoFive You can try and ask support sometimes they can help and other have confirmed getting the new activation only plans just by asking . If not and you only joined PM on Boxing Day and on points rewards could be worth while porting out to new provider and create a new PM account with new SIM card and buffet email and port your number back in from the new provider back in in the newly created PM account

The only plans you can switch to are the ones displayed in your self-serve account.
Log in, go to Change Subscription, then review the plan options there. If you find one you want, choose it and select to change on next renewal.
