3 weeks still no sim

Quick to take payment but still no sim after almost a month. Will not let me submit a ticket either.

Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here, but sound like you waited over 3 weeks already

But best to ask PM support agent for status

@lorieshaw71 3 weeks is definitely too long. 

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
